Mexican Lunch

I wish I could have beer, because this place has a wide selection, but it's either beer or tortillas, for me, not both. Mexican and Peruvian restaurants in SF tend to play Puerto Rican or Cuban music. I don't know why that is, except maybe that it's the best Spanish language music there is.
